Dr. Jagadesh Chander R is an accomplished academician and expert in Counselling and Applied Psychology. He currently serves as Assistant Professor and Programme Coordinator of the MSc Behavioural Science program at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru. Holding an M.Phil. and Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology and an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology from the University of Madras and PSG College, he is also NET and SET qualified. Dr. Jagadesh has held notable roles including Guest Lecturer at IDE-University of Madras and Teaching & Research Fellow at the University of Madras. He has published extensively in reputed national and international journals and serves as a reviewer for the International Journal of Psychological Science (USA) and others. His work has earned several accolades including Best Paper, Young Social Scientist, and Scientific Session Chairperson awards. He authored the self-help book The CM's Guide and has conducted 100+ workshops on Emotional Intelligence, CBT, SPSS, and more, training over 1000 professionals. His outreach includes community programs on youth development and psychological first aid. Dr. Jagadesh is deeply committed to research, teaching, and social impact.
